Here is a snippet of her journey with weight loss at the height of life in menopause.

Hi,

I'm Rochelle, your Certified Wellness Behavior Coach.

I went from a size 12/14 to a size 4/6 and lost 40 pounds in seven months.  I started my weight loss journey utilizing a green smoothie detox cleanse as a jump start. I was excited to see the pounds melt away...after struggling for years of being unable to lose weight and at the turning point in life called "MENOPAUSE"  In my mind, there was no simple solution until now. My health was slipping and I was plummeting into the land of pre-diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. I prided myself with being physically fit and athletically inclined- having been an avid Roller Skater and League Bowler. So when my Health Care Provider hit me with the Bad Skinny, I knew it was time to get the Good Skinny BACK!

I am proud to say, I went from 216 to 176 and with a healthy relationship with food, I am able to maintain my desired weight. And while I am maintaining, I am knocking out health issues one by one, eating clean, and have increased energy, all while living a Healthy Lifestyle.
